Institute of Fine Arts as a center of excellence for instruction in the humanities, the arts and the designs, functional visual arts researches, relevant extension services and quality production towards improvement of graduates for sustainable development and global competitiveness.

Mission of the College

The Institute of Fine Arts, University of Northern Philippines develops Competitive artist and designers for industry and related sectors towards an improved quality of life.
          To achieve this goal, the following objectives have been set:

1. Develop, upgrade and implement various programs responsive to the changing times and circumstances.
2. Upgrade faculty teaching competencies and values in line with instruction, research, extension and production and strengthen their professional and public commitment.
3. Promote self-employment through technical know-how in the field of arts.
